Blockbuster WPG&BUF - Fade buff short term?

Question

Obviously Kane being out the rest of the season and only receiving Bogosian in return who can immediately become active, while Myers and Stafford head the other way. Love this trade for both sides but does it make Buff immediately worse in the ST? Bogosian can make an impact but he's new into the system and buf lose two regular fixtures in their lineup.

Any thoughts or angles here? Not sure if it makes any difference really but those were my initial thoughts.

Possibly, but will it be worth even putting down 50 bucks each time against Buffalo for a chance to win $10-15? they may go on losing streak and I don&#x27;t want to deter you, just not sure if its worth it.

ya that&#x27;s very true, might not be enough value to make it worth it. Not a fan of PL but could be something to watch

I think a GREAT trade for the Jets. tough losing Zack Bogosian BUT they excise an obvious cancer with Evander Kane. didn't like playing in Winnipeg, Evander? you are gonna LOVE the NHL version of Siberia in Buffalo. Tyler Myers and Drew Stafford two of the Sabres top players and Myers has the potential to be a Norris winner in the future

Agreed  and ya I wonder how Kane feels about that haha bol to him and his egoalways liked Myers potential since he came into the league, a lot to like in addition to being a massive body on the blueline, be scared to match up against the size of him and byfuglien

The Sabres have made a decision to mix it up and move on. They&#x27;re not getting any better as they are. The Oilers should have done this last year, but they&#x27;re too stubborn believing the underachieving draft picks will somehow work out. It&#x27;s like any other sport, if you don&#x27;t have "IT" within 3 years, you probably don&#x27;t have it.

The Sabres have made a decision to mix it up and move on.  Again............Hope it works eventually as a Sabre fan. When I go to a game I have to bet against them to profit.&#xD;&#xA;I didn&#x27;t think much of Myers, needed to be tougher for his size imo. Maybe other Sabre fans think different - not sure. I DO think a good play to look for will be team total OVER when Brokeback starts, and that&#x27;s NOT the Sabres tt either.
