Caps have owned this series and line is basically a PK. Either this is a complete steal or total set up. I will defer to the former. Tampa is arguably the most talented team in the league but they have lost their mojo and it's hard to see them getting it back. Taking Caps - 110 for 10 units and 3 units on Caps PL at + 230.

Anybody remember the mush a few years ago? I won’t give it away but his name started with F and it ended with 6. The dude just handed out fades. Never seen anything like it! I made a ton of money off that dude that year; my wife loved it!
