 Hi guys , I'm new to the forum and was wondering if any of you would hedge this series bet I made last December. I bet $500.00 for Dallas to win series against Edmonton last December and the total payout is $3000.00 (odds were 5 to 1 for Dallas to win series.

crazy not to hedge a bit anyways.  Hedge $500 to cover your investment so you can't lose.

I'm wondering how you could have a future bet on an match-up like this in December.

Regardless, I agree with Boston Eagle, get your stake out and only have an upside regardless of the outcome.

 Thanks BostonEagle , that's what I did , but I really wanted Dallas to play Vancouver  for the conference title , because I think Dallas could of beaten Vancouver more easily than Edmonton , so we'll see what happens.

 I should of said that I bet Dallas to win the western conference, not Dallas to beat Edmonton to win the western conference , I just explained it wrong. Thanks for noticing that.

Time to hedge. Faves went 11-1 through 12 series, they are not going 13-1 through 14.
