They are going to be looking to extend this win steak as they lost the 2 previous games. The Toronto maple leafs are coming in after a tough 3-1 loss where they outshot Colorado 52-29 but couldn’t get the puck to get in the net. Most definitely they will be coming in fired up today to avenge a loss they statistically deserved to win. Look for Toronto to keep the shooting up and to run the scoreboard up for an early cushion. Toronto is at 11-11-5 for the season and will definitely try do their best to stay above 500. The sharks have posted an impressive 10-4 record at home but are just 6-7-1 on the road. This is a first of a 4 game road trip for the sharks and we expect them to come in fired up looking to get some points and turn around a seemingly overalls struggling offense. The leafs are in a peculiar spot with many positions and players needing/ expected to perform in order to keep their spot on the line and not be demoted as coach Babcock has shown to be more than willing to do for anyone underperforming.
