If you didn&rsquo;t like that late Kings goal, then you REALLY won&rsquo;t like hearing about how the Kings&rsquo; Philip Danault very deliberately hooked Leon Draisaitl with 19.7 seconds left as Draisaitl was breaking free for a sure empty netter.

@MrBator&#xA; That&#x27;s was BS that should have counted as a goal for the Oilers.  &#xA;The rule clearly states if a player has a clear path to an empty net and gets hooked, tripped or otherwise interfered with resulting in a penalty the goal will be awarded.&#xA;I had the over but if I had Oilers -1.5 I would have been livid

That would&#x27;ve been Draisaitl&#x27;s hattrick goal as well. Some prop bettors will no doubt be especially unhappy right now.

&#xA; &#xA;Draisaitl, after getting hooked to the ice and still sliding on his knees, pumped his arm in celebration. At the time I found it odd, but I figured he felt the penalty on the Kings had ended their 6-on-5 advantage, but now that icemantbi has mentioned it, maybe Draisaitl celebrated because he thought he would be awarded the goal, and thus achieve his hat trick.
