the Philly fans were throwing the Ed Snider remembrance wrist bands the team gave away at the game tonight all over the ice and got their team a couple delay of game penalties. as stupid as the Florida fans chucking rubber rats on the ice @ Sunrise. just gives a free power play to their opponent

So if I&#x27;m a caps fan..next game I throw something on the ice and Flyers get a penalty for delay of game?.... Nice job Bettman...Dumb rule....I saw one Caps fan throwing a bracelet last night... obviously no effect on the outcome but stupid rule..

I am pretty sure the refs can differentiate between road fans throwing a handful of things on the ice and the home crowd turning the whole ice orange.

Actually all seats were given a white bracelet give in memory of Ed snider... so even when it was thrown on the ice you could not see it. You really think the refs are looking in the stands to see who throw stuff? Lipps: I was there I saw a caps fan throw one..he joined right in....not defending the situation but it&#x27;s heard mentallity thing..no different then Ferguson Missouri or a riot.

That was really bad. Any fan from Philly should be embarrassed and it's sad because they're not all like this. These type of fans give them all a really bad rep. It's the white trash trailer park fans that behave this way.

I have no problem traveling down the turnpike for a road game in my Devils gear. They're drunk @ssholes everywhere; they're just more prevalent in Philly.

Terrible night and they'll be sure to have it thrown in their face when they come up North to MSG, Barclays and Prudential as well as CONSOL Energy.

For the good Philly fans out there, I feel for you. Devils fans got some sh!t for booing Gigurre after he won the MVP back in 2003.

And the heard was from Philly doing it. The refs don&#x27;t need to look in the stands.  When there is tons of crap being thrown on the ice it&#x27;s the home crowd doing it.  When you see just a few things you can point somewhere else.  So the mentality was Philly fans doing it.  A Cap fans joined in, so what.  But no matter how you slice it, the act was disgusting, what a way to honor your owner. They should of thrown the stuff at the Flyers bench and goal crease.

Listen Dr. Phil, the Flyer fans couldn't do anything, as hard as they could have tried, to darken the memory of Mr. Snyder last night. The entire team, coaching staff included, did everything and then some in a rather big way to accomplish that feat themselves. How in hell the staff could allow the four penalty killers to stand around looking like fu^cking statues while the visitors tossed the puck around between, around and literally through them time and time again was enough to make Mr. Snyder roll over in his grave. That was a disgusting penalty-killing display exhibited by the home team last night and they deserve the beating they got. How utterly stupid was that fiasco engineered by the coach and his staff. Absolutely disgusting!!!

I was at the game (didn&#x27;t throw bracelet) pinball is right , Snyder wouldn&#x27;t give a shit about stupid bracelets getting thrown ....he&#x27;d care about a pitiful job the flyers did. All that work just to make the playoffs and then they play like this ?! T shirts were given out
