3-4 goals he let in were WEAK AF and the last goal once again a AAA goalie would have made the correct play on that sucks but it’s true he is the only reason they keep losing because they are holding dallas to an average of 4 shots a period zzzzzz…. any good goalie in nets would be getting a shoutout ….. im embarrassed for him (i had no money on the game)
Instead of blaming Skinner...you should focus on management. The Oil for years and years have had a plethora of high end offensive talent but have not focused enough on the back end...especially goaltending where it has been a disaster.
The LAFFS and Oil management teams should get some serious counseling because in today's NHL...an elite goalie is worth his weight in gold. Just look at what Shesterkin is doing so far for the Rags. They are being dominated but still lead the series 2-1. You generally cannot hoist the Cup with subpar defense and goaltending. It would be an extreme aberration.

Edmonton's problems run much further than goaltending... The Edmonton loss last night was not all about goaltending. Their defense is not doing their job, and Edmonton is turning the puck over far too often. Edmonton has no answers for Dallas' relentless team forecheck. The return of Hintz turned the tables on Edmonton, and his presence on the ice is a big issue for the Oilers. Oilers glaring defensive holes are now getting exposed.
