I think the extended road trip is because the Juniors are been held in Ottawa this year. At least the trip is broken up by the Xmas break so it's more like a 4 game trip with 5 day break then followed by another 5 game trip. Happens to other teams too , having to give up the barn for other events helps pays the bills for some of these teams .
