Haven't followed hockey after a major disappointment 3 weeks ago.
However, I love today's card and I'm making picks form my gut.
1. Red Wings ML
LA is tumbling and they usually do, the closer it gets to the new year. DET is the most consistent team in the NHL by far and I am expecting a blowout. 3-0 this year on Red Wings games :D
2. Ducks ML (small play)
I have observed the Jets beat hot teams at home, but lose to under par teams too much to let this one slide. With most of the public on the Jets, I am going for a Ducks spoiler.
3. STL/NSH Under 5.5
Surprised the o/u wasn't at 4.5, two low scoring, defensive teams who usually keep it close. No team has the firepower to blowout the other.
4. VAN/TOR Over 5.5
Always fun watching these teams play and hammer each others net. HNIC game at Toronto? C'mon too good to go under.
