Hey Johnny,
A long hard road, as you know...lots of worthy competitors.
HHOF: "The Stanley Cup, notably the oldest trophy competed for by professional athletes in North America, was donated in 1892 by Sir Frederick Arthur Stanley. The first team ever awarded the Stanley Cup was the Montreal Amateur Athletic Association in 1893."
For me...East out of the mist comes the Bruins. West down the mountains comes an Avalanche. Can the bear avoid the rockslide? Bears be pretty smart, even if they play to the crowd in carnivals to make some extra bread. No repeat this year (imho).
Cheers buddy

Lifelong Bronx Boy here...NYR (NYY, NYK...and especially Big Blue, too)
Would love to see Mess go down on the ice with the current crop of Blueshirts and get involved in the presentation...that would be a dream come true, if the roof don't collapse!!!
For sure Connor deserves the spotlight, bud...Oil Can's man in the mask be the big question mark. I'd be very happy to see him hoist THE CUP!!!
Love Quickie, but he's had his day...twice (VGK wants him to have another...can't blame 'em).
All the best
