I handicapped this game earlier in the day and got a range of 5-5.5. Some shops have it at 6.5.
That used to be enough for me to take a shot. But there is so much scoring, and these two teams in particular have seen their share of firefights lately. Seems like 2/3rds of the games recently contain at least one period where 3-4 goals are being buried. Seems like any game, any night has a chance of at least 6 going in.
I used to get predictive analysis in the 3-4.5 range..not every night but a couple of times a week, and you could feel comfortable taking the under even at 5! Those days are gone I guess.
BOL tonight!

I completely agree its not to crazy these days to see 5 and 6 goals scored in a period. And now some teams are starting to pull their goalies a lot earlier in games. And if some teams are actually successful when doing it,I think it could become a trend a lot of coaches will try doing. You gotta have a set of balls on you to bet on the under now days.

Vancouver has gone over in their last EIGHT GAMES. (Some might say they are way overdue for an under) Montreal has gone over in their last 3 games. And the line is set at 6 (-120). Would've thought 6.5 in this spot for the same price. But their first game was a 2-1 Vancouver win in Montreal. Which way are you going tonight?

Over. i could be way off but, i think that this is the game to stack in DFS. Montreal's first line is in the zone right now.
Everyone will be on the Oilers but, i don't know what to expect in that one. Weak goaltenders but, the oilers are down to about 4 players that can score.

Can't judge by that first game. Montreal is a completely different looking team - Marty has them playing well. I've been riding the Montreal Team Totals. Last week they had their team total set at 1 1/2. I was literally laughing. Going to ride it until I can't.
Best of luck.
