Headed to vegas in a couple weeks. I like the Kings, Ducks at 10 to 1 to win the cup. Blues 13 to 1 and Bruins 35 to 1 as a long shot. Anybody have different favorites for 2016.

this is just a friendly heads up... don't waste your money on the Bruins or the Blues. The Bruins are a disaster and the Blues still have a bad coach and no goalie. I actually only like the Ducks outta those. But I cannot add anymore teams to your list as it's still WAY too early for me to start looking at futures. But off the top of my head, I'd maybe check out the Red Wings and Capitals, maybe the Oilers (probably a year or two early for them tho)

have to agree with wheaty for the reasons given on the Blues and Bruins. might think I'm NUTS but so far I have taken a small taste of Panthers 35-1 Eastern Conference and Stars 30-1, Sharks 30-1 and Canucks 40-1 Western Conference. I think all four have a decent shot at the playoffs this up coming season
BUT will probably come down to "the usual suspects" yet AGAIN this season. Lightning 3-1 / 7-1, Rangers 9-2 / 10-1 & Capitals 9-2 / 17-1 (all Conference / Cup) in the East while should be Blackhawks 3-1 / 6-1, Ducks 9-1 / 9-1 & Kings 9-2 / 8-1 should be the top 3 in the West
Red Wings @ 12-1 / 25-1 could be interesting. made some good "adds" in the off season with Brad Richards and Mike Green
WHEN you are here be sure to check the Westgate Superbook and William-Hill's NHL futures odds. they are usually the BEST although ALL the books have the higher odds teams "low balled" so far

Thanks LeRinkRat. Those are the two sports books I use. I'll be at the Westgate on the 24th to sign up for the super contest.

Completely agree with you on the Capitals being a very dangerous team this coming season Wheaty
