NJ/Carolina Under 6

NJ ranks 15th in scoring and Carolina 22nd.  Neither team lights it up.    In 4 meetings thus far this year 3 have gone under the total of 6.  Traditionally, these two franchises are low scoring teams.  Over the past 17 head to head meetings the total has gone Over 6 once, tied once and Under 15 times.The Under is a risky bet this season but I believe this line should be 5.5 goals and not 6. GL

IF you are playing a Hurricanes game UNDER you better HOPE it is Cam Ward in goal and NOT Scott Darling. NO confirmation as of 12:40pm pacific time. Keith Kinkaid confirmed for Devils and he has been excellent lately

There is some truth there but the difference between Darling and Ward is almost negligible.  You&#x27;re talking about the 41st ranked goalie in the league vs the 48th ranked goalie in the league in terms of save percentage.  Expecting Carolina to give up a few but hoping they keep it to a 3-2 or 4-1 affair.  GL LR

You could be right BrewRays! Both Ward and Darling "over 6" six times in their last 10 starts...and Hurricanes "over 6" eight of their last ten games. But that was against other teams!

Devils / Hurricanes are 9-1 "under 6" in their last 10 meetings! And with Carolina 3-7 on B2B and 2-5 vs New Jersey last 7 meetings, I'm going to back up the under with the Devils ML! Win or lose, I think both bets are the right side!

I agree that backing up the Under with the Devils ML or Devils Regulation is a good play.If I get lucky and no goals are scored within the first 7 to 10 minutes, I like to arbitrage a play like this with an over 4.5 on a live bet and try to sneak in the middle.  GL SP

last 3 and 5 of last 6 OVER a 6 total. gave up 7 GA&#x27;s his last vs Oilers surprisingly 6 of last 8 Kinkaid game also over or push a 6 total mostly from excellent "goal support" IF your book has team totals then Devils team total OVER ???

Took a live bet Over 5.5 at the 15:00 mark but still have half the wager out there on the Under .

22 combined shots on goal and still 5:46 left in the first. More firepower than I anticipated from Carolina.

Nice job.I got a second live Over 5.5 bet in late in the second period when it was still 2-1. Not quite B.E. but close.  79 total shots on goal for those two teams is high!
