Leans:

Rags over Pens - can get Rags at -134 on some sites, and the goaltending difference alone makes this tempting.

Laffs on the Reg. Line   But, as my therapist reminded me, DON'T BET THE LOAFS!!! 

Nuks Reg Line + Puck Line - Think the Flames are gonna be a fade this year.  Is Wolf ready for full time NHL gig?  Darth Vladar is not a bad backup, but he might be a Starter more than we think.  Nuks improved in the offseason, but no Demko yet I hear.  Arturs Silvos looked serviceable last year in his 15 starts, but the Oil beat him up pretty good in the playoffs.

Nuks TT Over + Game Total Over 6 are also written in pencil as of now.

Avs/VGK - no feel for this game, so prolly pass unless anyone has any angle/situational spot to offer up.

Oil Reg Line - Like them to come out hungry early in this season.  Were one goal away from a Cup last year.

Looks like Stolarz in the pipes tonight for Loafs.  Woll may play tomorrow's B2B, but just read they promoted Minor leaguer Hildeby.  That sounds like Woll is not 100%.

Shesterkin looked not so stellar in pre-season and the contract could be a distraction , but man you look at that Rangers line-up and wonder if they need him to be anything better than average to beat the aging Pens. No play for me though.

Nucks without Demko is definitely concerning and it will be interesting to see how Silvos reacts after being thrown into the fire in the playoffs last year . He doesn't have a big body of work to go by. That said Nucks should roll over the Flames and I think I might include them somehow today.

Avs /VGK should be a good game , lean Vegas but too close to call for me , however you gotta love a player with the name Ivan Ivan.

Oil gotta start better than last year right? And yep, one goal away and like Mc Jesus said "that's not good enough", they should come out firing

I'm not gonna argue with your therapist Dy she knows best, but I think your accountant might miss out on some opportunity's in Leaf Land

Just a heads up for everyone. Monitor its yourself but I will say...

Canucks play tighter with silovs  than demko...won't take as many chances...

Gotta monitor it though because that was playoffs and teams play tighter in playoffs....but you could see right away in the Nashville series it was a different style of play without demko 

Also home openers. Teams usually come out flying 1st 20 in home opener

it would be so nice too see leafs win for once
