Parlay Bonanza

Question

Have been reading a lot of sad stories about people losing money on sports betting, there must be something were doing wrong.
That got me thinking......
People wager $100 to win $120..... Like tonight everybody will be going with Penguins over Panthers.. the odds are shit, something like $140 to win $100.
So, instead of doing one $100 wager, i'll be doing 50 x $2 wagers on big payouts.
the question is how can this be profitable?,, here's my idea

Choose 2 games that you think will have a lot of goals.
Tonight i choose PHI-ISL and PIT-FLO
Possible outcomes are :
A : PIT 5-4 at 28 to 1 odds
B : PIT 5-3     18 to 1
C ; PIT 5-2     16
D ; PIT 5-1     28
E ; PIT 4-3      8

F ; PHI 5-4     41
G ; PHI 5-3     26
H ; PHI 5-2     23
I ; PHI 4-3     12

so, i take A and F 28x 41 = 1,148 x $2 for payout of $2,296
              A and G 28x 26             x $2    $ 728,
A and H 28 x 23    $644
A and I    28 x 12    $336
do the same with B, then C, etc....
Total of 20 wagers at $2 each with minimum payout of $192

So for $40, i get a reasonable chance to make much more

I know that predicting the exact outcome of a game is like 40 to 1
predicting 2 outcomes is 1600 to 1
But with all the stats available and our experience we can narrow this way down.

I'll be working with this for a few hours and see what i come up with

If you guys have something that could help me out, feel free to comment, tell me i'm crazy or stupid or whatever

Thanks for the support Wingshockey,Trying a different approach has always been my way, i have had success going against the flow and i&#x27;m to old to change now. I just hate to see people losing money, over the years i tried my luck at poker, the stock market, sport gambling etc...All i see is the same... very few make money on a regular basis, Actually nhl betting should be easier, but......like everything else....luck or lack of it is the problem....one lucky goal can change the whole game.

Last 10 between Isles and Flyers only two games would fit your profile. Pitt and Fla only one game in the last ten fit. BOL with this

Coatsy.... yeah.... exact scores, may get burned, but the cost is not very high....worth a shot
I'll be doing the same with LA-BOS and STL-DET but this time taking low scores like 2-1, 3-1, 2-0 for each team
That would be 9 wagers ($18)
I'm also taking PHO-TOR 5-3 with PIT-FLO 5-4 ( payout $1,624)

Yeah more like $235....  I can&#x27;t understand people betting on anything over $140. That&#x27;s exactly my whole point here.People risk so much on a sport with so much parity.At least the bookies are making money...they just love this

I&#x27;ve tried this with first period correct score....a bit easier to narrow down a final score in the first period imo.....take teams you like 2-0 or 2-1 pays well.  Something to ponder.....

I parlay at Mise0jeu....it&#x27;s a Quebec thing.....it&#x27;s our lottery systemWe can only parlay, they don&#x27;t accept single wagers....crazy hey ?we can do it online, or get a bet sheet at the corner store, fill it up and have it validated....it&#x27;s a cool system actually

Sounds like pro line in Ontario.Seems like a long shot to predict correct scores. Not trying to discourage you but always keep in mind the odds are always set up for the house to win on the long run if you&#39;re not disciplined. Good luck Frankzy!

Remember that time is a lot more valuable than money. If you are going to spend a few hours researching this stuff, I would think it is not worth your time. The probability of guessing the exact score is astronomical. For two games, nearly impossible.

Well any way, if you don't have a life and have lots of time to kill, have fun buddy.

ya its tough enough picking the winning side let alone the score. lol Definitely look at past history though and I would also consider only playing games with a o/u of 5.
