Watch for a potential scenario tonight where Patrick Roy pulls Varlamov with the game tied late in regulation time to (1) try and secure the extra point and (2) to prevent the Flyers from picking up a point. This move might or will play a role in both side and total wagers.

That would be insane. Isles are 5 points behind Flygirls but have 2 games in hand. If they win their 2 games in hand...that would put them a point behind. Why would they pull the goalie in regulation in a tie game and risk getting zero points which would put the Flygirls out of reach with the game in hand???
Makes no sense whatsoever IMO. What is your logic especially when isles have 9 games left including tonight??
