"Player To Be Credited With +1 Total Assists"

Does this mean 1 assist would lose? It's written differently than I'm used to seeing

This may sound rude and tha'ts fine, but if you can't understand this, you shouldn't be placing a wager....

 

1+ = 1 or more, therefore 1 point wins your wager, it's the same as over 0.5 assists

I'm used to seeing 1+ is all, the + in front of the one I never seen it before. Figured it was over 1 but just wanted to double-check because if this particular wager I'm looking at was "1 or more, I would wager, but not if its "over 1"
