Only occasionally posting so take it for what it is but playing regularly. The last 3 weeks I have been hammered early in the week and spent the rest of them chasing back toward neutral ground. I did hit a nice +470 small wager on Justin Thomas to win The Players yesterday starting from 4 shots back.
Tonight...going with the roadies
FLYGIRLS-120 Hart in the twine makes me nervous but they have dominated the Rags recently...maybe they get their sh1t together.
CHICKENHAWKS+150 Florida home off a long roadie and won the first game. Classic letdown spot here.
OILCANS +105 Let's see how the new look Flamers look against a team that can put the puck in the net.
Good luck boys and girls.

Wait till you get the second. I would plan on taking the next day off. Didn't kill me but made me feel like shiit for most of the day. On the Chicken Hawks as well.

Hopefully you don't end up like Marvin Hagler or the 39 year old Mother in Utah. It killed both of them. Hank Aarin got the vaccine 12 days before he died too, the news didn't bother to share that info with us. All three were completely health. Killed my buddies 28 year old niece too, who was extremely healthy and an athlete. There are a plethora of others they are not sharing with us. They still refuse to give my buddies family or her husband an official cause of death because they refuse to say the truth. But godspeed brother, I'm cheering for you.

Thanks Polar. Yeah...I got the Pfizer one. If it was Moderna I don't know if I would have taken it. I have heard of a lot of people having bad outcomes with that Moderna?? The Hagler thing gave me pause for sure. I have been reticent to take it but my wife really wanted me to. Have not heard of many complications with the Pfizer one...mostly Moderna. Do you know what vaccine they took???
I was really on the fence. Hopefully I made the right decision.

I had the Moderna and have experienced no complications. I did research all that I could. Honestly, there is a risk involved in everything but in this case the risk were smaller than the other options in front of me in the health field. MRNA vaccines have existed for a long period of time. The thing that concerns me more than immediate effect is what is it going to do in 5-10 years? That is the unanswered question. Bottom line, look at the number given compared to the negative outcomes. Percentages are very, very low for immediate complications. I realize everyone has their opinions and I respect them. My case, dealing with that shit everyday, I took my chance.

That's what I did too Doc. I looked at all the people around me that had received it and then made my best educated guess.
I am definitely not an anti-vaccine guy but I don't normally get the flu vaccine and did not get the Shingles vaccine either even though it was offered to me.
There is certainly risk with everything we do. Just gotta try to do what I think is best. I value your input DOC.

Why are people getting the vaccine when you can still get Covid and spread it around and on top of all jeopardize your own health even further or
possibly die. The fear in people is strong, they all got you by the balls. Trust your immune system, work on your health and take your chance with a 99.7 survival rate. And are you not aware that our whole eco system is revolved around bacteria and viruses, we have been passing them to each other for centuries, nothing new. The ones that are taking the jab, I am praying for you.
I like flyers and black hawks tn.

I have had both Pfizer shots about 2 months apart as I as well work in the health field as well. I had zero complications with both just a little bit of a sore arm. Lots don't believe in this Covid crap but I have many times seen what it can do to people of all ages and it isn't pretty. If it gets in your lungs you could be in big trouble. I have seen lots on ventilators which is a horrible site. Sure some people have passed from taking the shot or that is the story but many more have died from the actual thing itself. I am about 95% safe now from catching or transmitting it for how long who knows but after contemplating about it for weeks I am good with my decision. I always worry about others before myself and am glad there is a very slim chance anyone now could ever catch it from me. My 10 year old boy helped with my decision also.

I will just add that I know a few people that have had covid and have easily survived but still don't feel 100% healthy. The survival rate is pretty high but one could argue the affects someone will have going forward who has had it just like the vaccine? One example would be a lady I know that used to walk 5k a day but after catching covid last March can't walk more than 20 steps in a row anymore without losing her breath and feeling very uncomfortable. Another guy hasn't had proper taste since having covid 10 months ago. They don't know if he will ever get it back again?
Everybody is entitled to their opinion and just thought I would offer mine after seeing it first hand.
Good Luck on your wagers Boo!

I totally agree with you huntman. I tend to be very conservative and I don't at all believe in restricting people's lives because of this. I believe fundamentally we all have the right to decide what is best for us all. I believe if you get it and have some pre-disposed conditions...you can absolutely be in big trouble.
I am in my mid-50s now...was a college athlete ( hockey of course ) and continued to play until about 5 or 6 years ago when a herniated neck disc ended that...but now have put on some middle aged lbs and borderline blood pressure/cholestoral as well.
What's tough for me I think...is that it was virtually a 50-50 decision for me between taking my chances with my immune system vs getting vaccinated.
Its good to hear everyone's thoughts as I always like to weigh all sides.

Went with Chicken Hawks tt tonight so I am good there and Flyers ML...oh, and the B's tt...which was juicy so they need a strong 3rd...I mean over 30 SOG thru 2 periods and only 1 goals..Jarry = Hasek.
