If you are gulible enough to believe that county police would jeopardize their integrity for an individual, then I really dont know what to tell you. Maybe you believe in Santa Claus as well...How convenient though that this "empty evidence bag" shows up at the mothers door less than 24 hours after it was leaked that there was no DNA of Kane found below her waist. This was an embarrassing attempt by the accusers mother to question the validity of the evidence. Also, why did her lawyer hold a press conference about unconfirmed evidence? So his natural reaction is letting the media know about it as opposed going to the authorities first? So he makes a complete fool of himself and ends up stepping down. Whether he was tricked in this process or he actually thought this stunt might work, either way, the likelihood of this case even going to a grand jury has lessened.
