They have just three home wins in their last 15 home games while scoring a pitiful total of just 24 goals in those games. Only three teams in the NHL have fewer home wins than the Senators. The Montreal Canadiens has played well of late and there&#x2019;s no reason to bet against them here. They have won five of their last seven and are 6-1-2 in their last nine contests. They are fighting for the Northeast Division lead while Ottawa is just looking at what parts to trade off at the upcoming deadline. The Ottawa Senators Can Win Because&#x2026;: The Canadiens have a slew of injuries that will be tough to overcome. Montreal, who is already without defensemen Andrei Markov and Josh Gorges, lost forward Michael Cammelleri to a shoulder injury during Tuesday&#x2019;s overtime loss to Buffalo. The Canadiens also lost forwards Jeff Halpern and Max Pacioretty to upper-body injuries as well. The latter two are questionable for Friday while Cammalleri is out for about a month. The Sens haven&#x2019;t played well recently so they&#x2019;ll need all the help they can get. The good news for them is that Montreal is equally a low-scoring team, which means the Sens should be able to hang around in this contest. And considering the Habs are below .500 on the road (10-11-1), the Sens could be on even footing in this contest.
