As much as I can clearly see Ben yanking your chain here, he actually has a bona fide point. If the money grab works for Game 5 for the ticket sales, concessions, merchandising, etc going up, then Game 7 would logically be that much higher, and you should expect and Oil easy victory in Game 5.
Alternative theory would be this: FLA had to go OTR after winning 2, then beating Oil pretty handily in Game 3. Now for Game 4, they had likely been in Edmonton staying in a hotel for four nights before playing Game 4. I travel for my job, and the first 1-2 nights, piece of cake. By night 4 or 5, I am fucking tired of sleeping in a shitty hotel bed, not having any of my normal stuff, and just want to get home, and don't really give two shits about work at that point. Hence, once they got down 3-1, their heart probably wasn't really in it, knowing they are still up 3-1 and going home.
I think this theory is more likely than the money grab. But who the hell knows in today's world. Most people nowadays have zero integrity.

@dyamarik
celtics just close up all that theory in a huge blowout win.
like i just wrote. fla has never won. they are better than the oilers except maybe one line is adv edm
more important to grow a stagnant market than chance a game 7
just like the celtics hockey ends tomorrow for florida
