While I still like Florida to win the Cup (and I've cashed well on the past two games, props, totals, etc.), this is Edmonton's best spot. They need some home cooking, and many people are biting on Florida as the dog. And why wouldn't they? I can't blame them.
Florida's last two losses were in overtime, one of which Bobrovsky gave up five goals against the Rangers at home.
So if he can be at home, he can definitely be had on the road. He's amazing, but he's 35, and playing Goalie is not easy. He has the occasional slip-up.
This will be Edmonton's most aggressive and desperate game. However, the Oilers carry the weight of an entire country, which can get in their heads.
Whereas I feel Florida barely carries the weight of the Miami/South Florida area. Miami area fans show up, but it's not the end of the world for them when they lose. It's South Florida; the fans don't have long memories of horrible losses. The Panthers don't feel the same pressure and can be more free on the ice, aside from not wanting to lose back-to-back Cups. We know how Canadians feel about Hockey... just google the Vancouver 2011 Riots. This is why I feel Edmonton will come out strong. My only concern is Edmonton's goalie, Stuart Skinner; he has been terrible. Skinner has to play a near-flawless game for Edmonton to win.
Here are my plays:
1 unit Edmonton ML 1 unit Edmonton +1.5/Under 6.5 Special Parlay -110 (Bovada) 1 unit Edmonton Team Total Over 2.5 0.50 Unit Regulation Draw +310 (small play)
Edmonton either wins this on an empty net in regulation, 4-2, or they go into Overtime tied 2-2, and Edmonton gets the big series-shifting win.
Interesting side note: Bobrovsky's odds of winning MVP are -200. It cost more to bet on him than to bet on Edmonton to win this game.
It's just something that caught my attention. It might not mean anything, but I thought I'd mention it.

EDMONTON TO WIN GAME 3

I didn't, I was just saying even though I like Florida for the series this is a great spot for Edmonton. I don't post plays here as often as I'd like so when I do I really like it.

The only good thing to come of this game is for 31 straight years Canada gets no Stanley Cup.
Sorry guys, it doesn't matter if you have the best goal scoerer in the world, if you don't have a decent goal keeper it's not going to happen. Skinner is trash.
