Matthew Tkachuk will miss the remainder of the regular season with a goin injury. I guess Canada's Brandon Hagel did better than I thought in the fight, which Tkachuk started in the Four Nations Faceoff tournament game.

He will miss the remainder of the irrelevant nhl regular season and free up cap space the team can use to make themselves stronger, (already acquired Seth jones now can sign more) then he returns to the lineup for the playoffs most likely all rested up. The entire thing will be a big win for the panthers.
