Washington is #6 allowing 3.32 goals against on the road. Their Penalty Kill is absolutely brutal on the road ranking #27 allowing oppenents to hit at a 76.3% clip. Vokoun is much worse on the road allowing an average of 3.03 goals against. Vokoun has allowed 3 or more goals in 8 of his last his last 10 road starts.
There are plenty reasons to back LA TT o2.5, but I wouldn't put my money anywhere near an LA over of any sort.
