I am the commissioner for a college football office pool on Covers. All of the participants pick exactly 10 (Maximum) games per week. One person has already selected his 10 picks for this week, with one of those picks being Colorado +9.5 versus Fresno State.
However, due to the flooding/rains in Colorado, the football game scheduled for Saturday has been postponed. Unfortunately, Colorado +9.5 still shows up as one of his "pending" picks on our pool's page. If he tries to select another game on the list (to take place of Colorado +9.5) and hits the Submit button, he receives the error message about exceeding the maximum number of picks (10) for this week.
Is there any way to erase or clear his Colorado +9.5 pick from the site, so that he can then go ahead and make another selection in its place? Any help/feedback would be greatly appreciated.
