I am an amateur gambler and on Pro line pools card 25 I have the first 14 picks correct with the last being MNF and I have arizona for that game.
Does anyone know how much these pay out or around if Arizona wins for me?
secondly, now that I have good odds at winning does anyone think I should lay a sizable bet on the 49ers straight up in case Arizona doesn't win?
Any advice is great advice right now....
Not enough upsets today for a big payout. If Zona wins there will likely be 5000 or so winners each getting $500-$1000. Never know though...GL man
FYI - a buddy of mine, was in same situation year ago. Bet 1000 on the other side of his ticket for the MNF game, and his ticket team won. He found out on Tuesday that his share of the winnings was 400 bucks, so after he paid off the -1100 bet, he was actually in the hole 7 Bills !!!
If you decide to hedge, I'd go no bigger then $500.

Hey buddy - congrats on the good picks. I'm actually in a similar boat as I picked all 14 right too. I've boxed the Monday nighter so I don't have to worry about losing. Last year I won on a 13 game card and the payout was around $500 with approx 1200 people winning. Since this is a 15 game card, I'd say that if Arizona wins, the payout will be around $1000-$2000 for each winner, but a lot more if SF pulls it out.
Like Master Fader said, there weren't any huge upsets, so it's not like anyone will be winning over 200k like 3 lucky idiots did last week. But there were a lot of games with small spreads like Miami/Jax, Philly/NYG, Buff/KC and Wash/Oak which probably had people divided (at least that's what I'm hoping).

As you have boxed the last game, congrats and lets hope arizona pulls dominates this one. I tought it would be more but it makes sense with no upsets. Lets hope everyone jumped on Jax, KC, oak and NYG.

Ya those were the games a lot of people boxed, and the others were straight forward. Probably a lot of winners, so i wouldn't hedge if I was this guy.

It's true. The majority of boxes would be on those games mentioned. That being said, there were 7 games played that closed with lines less of -4 or under, and the Arizona/SF game will be the same. My hope is that a lot of people picked TB since Sanchez was hurt, and a lot picked oakland, KC or Jax since those were essentially pick'ems. And I'm sure the Giants and SD screwed up a lot of cards. Fingers crossed!! Let's get some $ tonight Thermo!

Haha nice.. I actually won one of these a couple years ago. I was really excited after the monday night game gave me all the picks right but the next day I found out I only won $250. There weren't any big upsets that week and I think there was like 2000 other winners.
I still would do a little hedge on SF moneyline. Better to win something just in case.

Thanks for the advice guys, Hopefully it's just you an me Berty, lol. I have a points spread ticket with 5 of 6 right and the 6th being san fran to cover. That's for about $200 so I will just let this pools ticket ride without hedging. Best play is Arizona winning under 6.5 and I will get both. Either way it was only $5 spent.
I agree in both my pools I saw a fair amount of people jump on Tampa bay because of sanchez and NYG were still a larger percentage picks so keep our fingers crossed and lets hit 4 digits Berty$$$$
