This is just something small/silly from some winnings this week as a bit of entertainment. That's all. Nothing else.
I'm not expecting Madrid or Tokyo to get it, but in the case Tokyo put up a good fight - and they can definately host it after the success of Beijing, $21 is allright odds.
I'm hoping Rio will get it but we all know Chicago will get it. But in the odd chance Chicago don't get it, then there is a slim chance that the two underdogs may get it.
