The race is on to join England in the semi-finals of the World Rugby U20 Championship 2018 with seven teams battling for the remaining places in the last four when the pool stages come to a thrilling conclusion on Thursday in Narbonne, Béziers, and Perpignan.
England secured their place as Pool B winners after wins over Argentina (39-18) and Italy (43-5) meant they couldn't be caught, regardless of results in round three.
Defending champions New Zealand and South Africa are the other teams sitting on top of their pools and victories over Australia and France would confirm them as Pool A and Pool C winners respectively. However, if France prevails over the Junior Springboks in Narbonne then the hosts will secure top spot and leave 2012 winners South Africa waiting to see if they have done enough to claim the best-runner spot in the semi-finals.
Australia can still pip New Zealand to the top spot in Pool A, while Wales, Argentina, and Italy are the other teams still mathematically in the mix for the semi-finals.
