Collingwood, Collingwood and fucking Collingwood They play the best as a team but as individuals they fall short. Only have to look at Dane Swan and the brownlow medal over the years. It's coming down to either Goodes, Murphy, Mitchell or Ablett.

You are kidding right? There is no way a guy who played in 3 winning games and the rest floggings will score enough votes to even come top 5, let alone have a chance at winning.

If someone edges one of these players; Judd, Goodes, Swan, Pendlebury, Boyd, Murphy out of the top 5, it will be Dean Cox or Scott Thompson. I don't have a phantom count in front of me but Adelaide won 7 games and in most those games Thompson was the better player. 18 votes is the minimum you will need to get top 5. Cox could poll a lot too. Umpires seem to love him.

why take Collingwood, when Pendlebury is higher odds.. Swan has zero chance, won't even come top 5.

Black will win by a heap, Rockliff will be lucky to get past 5.
Judd should, although if he underpolls even the slightest it opens the door right up for Murphy.  MM should lead at half way, but could have the brownlow wrapped up if he takes votes off Judd early on.

Judd will have 23 votes by round 20, god knows what he is going to end up at the end of the night. Every knows he has the umpires in his pocket.

The biggest joke of last season's count was him getting 2 votes even though the Blues got smashed by the Pies by over 60 points

$1.90 with 4 teams left is one-sided? You probably missed a one-sided comp with a team that lost 1 game in the regular season in 2008. How did they go in the Brownlow?

Well, you know where I stand.  And I actually would have rather seen the Pies take it again.  But, my avatar name rings true in this case!
