Have just got back home from being away for the last few days but there have been some good games already. Good week last week, 5-1.
Decided to pass on the first few games of week 1, couldn't see much of an edge glad I did in the end. Both games were down to the wire and both games were decided by only 3 points. Passing on tonight's game as well but I think Sydney's finals experience should get them the win.
Going with the Cats, they've been the best side until now and should go straight through to week 3.
Geelong -24.5

GMAN what do you think about the -24.5/OVER 198.5 multibet ?
What is the weather like down there ?
I would have thought the above would be a good bet. I can just see this Geelong side destroying the Roos by a lot.
The ground is dry and hard, good running track. Sunny day with no clouds at this stage, perfect day you could say.
Probably will go over yes (I'd take that before taking under anyway). Roos playing more of a running game than previous years and have been playing reasonably direct, we all know about the Cats scoring capabilities. Cats have a good defense but missing Egan's tall contested marks in defense may allow for an extra goal or two.

"A derogatory term used to describe the placement of a wager against the Geelong team in 2007"
Incredible, I've regretted every time that I've decided to pass on them... even though I only passed 4 or so times. I think they've also covered the line every of their 18 wins this season

Indeed, I was expecting a 30-40 point win but 106 point win was something else. It was worth passing on the first three games of the week to take that easy win :)
