Hi Guys,

I just got stiffed over firstly by Hawks fucking up and then my old friend Unitab...I only got a half dividend on my two bets regarding the Hawks to win in live betting when IMO I should have simply been refund the money as I didn't win or lose and the draw option wasn't available.

Thoughts please as this could be a case for the gambling ombudsman?

All the well respected books clearly state that the dead heat rule applies in the event of draws, so unfortunately don't think you have a case here Miracle

I'm guessing you are with bet365? its how their rules work

I just shot them an email asking them to clarify their rules around draws in live betting and start betting.

bet365 just gave me a full refund of my hawks ML bet...void bet, no result

but yeah i would have thought your book would have done the same, or like the TAB payout half of the dividend plus your intial outlay.
