ok here we go, good round coming up I think :)

Tonight, Hawks after narrowly losing to undermanned Geelong should be able to take care of business against the Pies, who are playing dreadfully.  No writeup for first game, I'll add some comments to later games of the weekend but want to get this out now.  Good luck.

Weatherwise for tonight's clash looks more and more likely to be very wet. The wind has been very strong all day and the rain is now getting more steady. I was going to take the hawks but will stay away due to the weather.

The weather is looking heaps better, almost clear skies, a bit wet underfoot from todays rain and still a little windy and cold but good enough for me to put something on the hawks

that's no surprise.
He tweaked his hammy in the 2nd qtr last week, he has had a history of hamstring problems.

Inclusions of Milburn and Ling will help.

Don't like the Carl pick g-man.  I have mentioned before that I have enough contacts in the Adel camp and my suggestion is that to stay off the Blues tomorrow...

I really like your cats pick. Tigers have been playing good footy the past month but have failed to put together 4 full quarters in (almost) all games this year. Its been a great weekend for me so far with the storm, storm over and hawks making up for a horrendous weekend last week.
 
I picked the exact margin in my tipping last night and tipped the blues as well but I don't like them enough to put money on.

i'll take 2-1 for weekend and take tomorrow off.
Miracle, so close on the blues they had plenty of chances to get another goal there at the end.  Probably a bad pick in hindsight... sigh.

From what I can understand, I was very very lucky and you the opposite.

pretty much, but carlton's field kicking for most of the match was very poor compared to adelaide's.  They can't keep expecting to win in the last qtr alone.

Correct.  Another reason why a young side on the road was going to find it hard to cover a 'smallish spread' IMO
