AFL Round 1

I had Tigers ML. Thought the line was about right. Friday night game was similar... no real value as it could have gone either way. Low scoring games and rusty skills are the only truly predictable thing in Round 1.

Melb should win comfortably. The initial line of -20 was good value but now it’s about-28. 

Adelaide should win but the Hawks have a good record against the Cows. They will keep it close but lose.

Swans are the better team but almost always start the year slowly. The total points is low but I can’t bet an over this round. It should be a high disposal game so I would suggest most player disposal markets will go over.

WCE @ Brissy... with JK, they were great value. Without, who knows.

Gonna play Rockliff over 26.5 with the Bulls -3.5 (super rugby free money from me mate over in the Rugby forum)

St Kilda and GC is like betting on the NBA at the moment. Who knows which team is going to suck more. The Saints should get it but...

GWS and Bummers will be the best game of the round. I think GWS should get the win but the Bombers have a chance if they get first use around the ruck. 

North v Freo. It’s a freo home game which is the only reason they have a chance. North are better but have a couple of key defenders out. Value for North here.

Best to play safe in the first couple of rounds and play the favourites small

Rockliff had 32 at 3Qtr time. Waiting on the Bulls -3.5.
