As Godsgift said in the other thread, Swans ML looks like a good pick.
Agree the blues look attractive maybe not the line but some play on the blues.
While the lions have played a little better the last 2 weeks than their attrocious play the previous 2 weeks, they haven't played many decent quarters away from home this year and I can't see them staying with the hawks. Also, the hawks have the least amount of injuries, almost at full strength. I think the lions struggle to play in the cold climate (launceston) as much as some teams struggle in the gabba heat, it should be around 10 deg. While I maynot play the line, there may be some play.

Its funny, early on in the season, when the lions started pressing to get into the top 8, Leigh Matthews said that he doubted the lions were ready or good enough to be in the 8. As a fan I wish they were but watching them over the last month has been disappointing to say the least.

Wouldn't touch this game for the following reasons; Wallace can coach, Craig has trouble up against good coaches, Richo will play, McLeod's 300th, Bowden's 250th, Porplyzia out, Brown in for Rich, Rich will struggle to kick goals, Adel will struggle to kick goals.
Basically all the above leads to many factors that are very hard to measure, thus this game is a no go for me. The 3 main games I am looking at for this weekend are Geel, Syd & Carl.
I will post my main play in the 'Discussion' thread tomorrow night or early Sat morning, but GL if you decide to play the Adel/Rich game

I thought Port tried a lot harder last week, their young guys are keen and not bad players.
Wouldn't suprise me if Carlton goated around for 3 quarters then win in the last quarter, similar to St Kilda v Port last week.
Essendon is my favourite bet of the round. They handled fremantle over there a few weeks ago (just) and fremantle beat WC by 5 goals last week after being up by about 10. Essendon have won 6/7, WC 1/7. More injuries for WC.
Weather makes alot of games tricky. If the weather is poor in Adelaide under 50 sounds interesting.
