1 game behind the Dockers but have a relatively easier run home @ Suns and then Saints whose season is over
Dockers have Kangas away and Demons @ home.
I see Blues getting 2 wins and Dockers dropping the game against the Kangas and winning against Dees.
So it comes down to %. Blues currently have a 23 point advantage over the Dockers (if my maths is correct). Blues also have the added avantage of knowing what exactly they need to do in the final game as they play the Saints after the Dockers v Demongs game.
Ironic that it might come down to the final game of the season with Saints holding the key on Ross Lyons' team's finals aspiration.
To me taking the Blues to make the top 8 @ 2.50 is basically saying Kangas to beat the Dockers. You could even take the Dockers to beat the Kangas @ 2.70 this weekend and Blues to make the Top 8 @ 2.50 for "nearly risk free" profit
Have I missed something here? Obviously making a big assumption that the Kangas will beat the Dockers.

Ironically, Fremantle's defensive game style is one of only a few that can fluster a team like North Melbourne who play that manic style of ball movement to deliver high scores and free up the players like Ziebell, Cunnington, Harvey and even the talls in Hansen & Tarrant.
Going to be a very close game and yeh...you are right, it will decide whether Carlton make the 8 or not.

Blues are now out after losing to one of the worst teams in the comp...can you believe it A team full of teenagers have beaten a team playing for finals, the amount of money a team makes from the exposure for sponsors, tv, members etc and they get beaten.
Unreal!
