Sydney never
care about the pre-season and Carlton are fielding a far superior team.
Sydney are not playing their best ruckman, Mumford for example. Maybe
he is injured?
But Carlton are playing Kreuzer and a hungry Warnock who wants to be
their second ruck this year. Granted, the ruck won't win the match, but
looking at team selections, Carlton are fielding a stronger team.
Add to the fact that Carlton are top 8 candidates and Sydney are bottom
4 candidates so it equates to a lot of Carlton players wanting to prove
themselves in pre-season to make the team for Round 1. Carlton have
more to play for, therefore, Carlton will win.
Stormers and Waratahs seems on paper to be an even match. I just can't
believe the price on the Tahs. Granted, they played shit last week, but
the Reds look to be a strong team this year. Tahs are just getting
started. I'll be looking at the under for this game when the lines come
out.
If the Brumbies are as good as they say they are, they will either win
or keep the match close. I expect only a penalty will separate the two
teams.
Hurricanes were sensational last week but again, the Blues are a
pathetic team. The Force suck so the Canes should have no troubles
getting a bonus point in front of their home crowd. Force will be lucky
to score 12 points. I expect Hurricanes to score 30+. I'm leaning the
under in that match.
