NBL last night - Woll v Mel

Had a look at the play by play this morning and i can only describe what happened to me as probably equivalent to having hemeroids and having 2 penises penetrated up your ringer at the same time ( never happened to me ) but i would imagine it is the same thing.

Seriously, with 1 minute to go, it was 88 - 75.......163 points scored..........Yes, the game wasnt even close for a foul a thon to start ( which i completely understand happens in CLOSE games....)

Any way, after Daniel Jonson hit a 3, yes Daniel Johnston, this Julis hodge, obviously had money on the over, he hit a shot with 24 secs left, (no worries), then that Zach Delaney guy missed a 2 point shot with 4 secs ( i can understand him going for it), he is that little bloke from Woll and the crowd would have been egging him on to shoot, he never gets a chance to play, 174 was scored at this point and they were up by 14......if he had hit it and i lost my bet, then yeah i understand........but then Julius Hodge gets the ball with 3 secs left and runs the full length of the court to hit a shot with 1 sec left ( down by 14), .............

WOW, i just dont know what to say any more with this.i really dont, i have NEVER EVER in my life seen a starter on a team, down by 14 points with 3 secs left on the court run the lenght of the court to hit a shot,  EVERY damn time they dribble it out every time...why did he go for a shot, maybe if he was a bench player, then maybe i would understand, but him - WHY?

Seriously, this league continues ro suck the bone marrow and feelings out of you.,.....

Yeah, u really wonder sometimes with this..I dont know why he went for a shot with 3 secs left down by 14???????????????/

I dont know........

The only thing i can assume is that he had over.....there is no other reason.......

A top racing official came out and said he would never ever bet on sport as it is highly un-regulated industry...........i can see why he says this.....

I was talking to a rugby league player at a well known bar here in Sydney last week and he said to me specifically that NRL players bet on games.....

If Mel gets the ball with 24 secs left, and hold the ball till the final siren and shoot with 1 sec left, i also accept that as they are running down the clock and will take a last second shot, but to take the ball down 14 with 3 secs, i am sorry, i dont buy that....actions sepak louder than words and in my opinion that was fixed, he had money on the game.......Maybe to pay for his flight back home to the U.S..........

Let me know, if anyone has seen a game EVER, where the margin is 14 points and 3 shots have been taken in the last 24 seconds......Just let me know
