I placed a wager with an online gambling site that sounds like Rorts Incopaction.
I "won" my bet on October 7th - I requested a withdrawl via post and was advised from the site that it would take 4-5 business days, which is fine. I recieved my cheque on November 6th - Put it into my account and then went to do online banking to find that I am hugely overdrawn...as the cheque was returned UNPAID. I have incurred charges for this, have contacted the gaming website and have been told that there was or is (they don't know) a problem with the 3rd party payment provider.
Any idea's on how I should proceed with this as all I am getting is 'fobbed off' with 'it's not our fault' emails and am still incurring charges. The winning's come to just under $2000.
