I think there is a decent chance that the Thunderbirds could finish in second ahead of the Magic, which if they do Magic would have to win two away finals to win it. This can happen due to % or Thunderbirds winning more games.

- Steel away
- Magic home
They are arguably the hottest team i the comp at the moment winning there last three by an average of 20+. I can't see the Magic beating them in Adelaide. Steel away is a tough game, but I think they should be favourite by a few goals given wipiti is out and the thunderbirds handled the tactix in their other game in NZ.

Fever away means best NZ team versus worst Australian team so the best chance for the hoodoo to be broken. However, this is far from a certainty IMO given how terrible the Magic were in their other game in Australia v Firebirds and how the Fever mauled the second best NZ team by 11.
If Tbirds win all 3 and Magic win two they will be equal on wins. Magic currently have the better % but tbirds should fix that today against the Pulse.
$5+ seems value to me.

Tactix did well at home against the magic last time only going down by 2. I think this was more a poor performance by the magic before they got their act together and have played well over their last 5 games.
Magic defenders are a tough match up for tactix shooters for mine. also mkloma could be van dyk's toughest matchup of anyone, last week playing a major part in keeping ms aiken to only 37 attempts compared to 61 and 56 the two previous weeks. her height and leap makes it more dificult for teams to throw the long ball and speed up scoring.
In their lsat four games against NZ sides Magic have given up 35, 39, 35 and 36 allthough two of these were against the pulse.
Tactix have only been over this number 3 times all season against the firebirds and swifts, plus scraping over in a 100 point game with the steel.
some chance the magic will score 55+ sending it over but i am betting against it.

yeh u may be rite jive. this game is like a finals for both teams. steel playing out of there skin. bad shooting by the birds , so 36/48 compare 34/39. main culprit aitken shooting 33/42 79%.
