Should be able to put up a score against Magic this year with their improved form where last Magic held them in the 30s last season. Magic should remember how to play properly by round 3 and put up a score after playing well in patches last week, i'm thinking.

Tough spot for both teams with Swifts playing their third away game and Tactix back from playing Monday night in Perth, which I am thinking will have both a little flat.
Swifts held Thunderbirds to 8, 9 and 7 goals in the first three quarters last week. Tactix struggled with the Fever's defence so I think they will have some trouble scoring here.
I think the line misses how difficult it is for the Australian teams to win in NZ. Apart from the Pulse no NZ team came near losing by more than 7 goals when playing an Australian side at home. Tactix lost to the Thunderbirds by 2 and smacked the Firebirds by 7 for example.
So I am thinking Swifts will keep Tactix to a low score but not rack up too huge a total themselves.

Thunderbirds shot a reasonable percentage but were hopeless at getting the ball to their shooters.
I think Thunderbirds problems are less likely to be corrected than ms aiken shooting poorly again.
This could be a very tense affair with lots of pressure and errors, given the loser has very little chance of finals. However, the total is low and I think chances are it goes over.

Last season has not proven much of a guide in alot of games so far but the Pulse being hopeless defensively has continued.
With Wipiiti back Steel should rack up a score v the Pulse.
Pulse are in the ugly situation that their super recruit who they made captain sucks. Will be interesting to see if they play her tonight after her replacement in the second half played very well.
