I'm just about at my witts end with Pinnacle and I haven't even started with them yet !
I have made two deposits (of near enough to equal amount) on January 21 and January 22 and they STILL haven't appeared in my account. This is nearly two weeks down the track.
I made a couple of blunders initially by not filling out their "Report your wire transfer" form on their site, however I have supplied them with the bank confirmation numbers for both transfers and still nothing.
All these jokers do is send back this pre-written standard respose.
Has anyone else enountered a wait as long as this ?

These guys are unbelievable, totally pathetic when it comes to customer service.
I have asked them to return my deposits immediately and close my account and I have also contacted my bank and asked them to put a retrieval on the money.
I don't want anything more to do with Pinnacle, there are seriously a joke.

Not having much luck with these online bookies are ya mate
You might wanna go back to the old fashion TAB
its a fcuking joke Ace.
Pinnacle is absolutely attrocious, they want you to fill out all sorts of online forms and send them copies of bank receipts just so they can credit your account. Meantime my deposits (quite a sizeable amount ) is just sitting in no-mans land
Why is it not enough for these guys just to recieve a bank wire transfer with your client ID number attached and simply credit that account with the funds they recieve ?? Every time I email them with a querey they just send back this automated respose.
Anyway, fuck them, my bank is handling this matter now. I really don't give a damn about low 'juice' ect now, I am only dealing with Australian based books.
Dare I say it, I think I will return to CB. Despite their inconsistencies re WNBL from a few weeks ago their customer service was exceptional and depositing / withdrawing was a breeze.
And I miss the hell out of their "Pick your own line" option

Pinnacle aren't that bad. I have never had any troubles but unfortunately you have.
I would never do a bank transfer to an International book
However, do you have Internet Banking? Do you bank at one of the big banks?
If you do bank at a big bank, get Internet Banking. As soon as you have Internet Banking you can pay through POLI.
POLI is the best deposit method for Pinnacle and any other books. Usually when I withdrawal funds from Pinnacle or another overseas book, the money appears in my account within two days.

It's the same as internet banking, but it appears in your betting account straight away.
When you use it, you select the bank you bank with and you select the amount and it's a secure server which takes you to your internet banking.
You log into your internet banking, the transfer details come up automatically and all you need to do is press the submit button.
No fees, nothing.
It's basically a bank transfer over a secure server and the difference between that and normal internet banking transfers is this happens straight away whereas the bank transfer takes a while to happen throuhg the bank.

i used instadebit , like direct diposit no fees too. use info that would be used for direct deposit, i just called the 800 number on bank card for info.
instadebit i called myself, i dont wanna be ripped off either, they are in toronto. so i give them the info and make a account on there. little hassle but the odds are worth it.
