Getting this thread up early because I am eyeing off the Cats v Tigers game on Friday. I watched the Tigers against the Sixers and they have finally clicked. Tigers had built an impressive roster preseason with all those bigs and Neville is finally starting to play well. But what was missing was a decent PG to take advantage of their height. They now have that.
Cats coming off a 2 game road sweep last week which in this league is a very difficult thing to do albeit it was against a couple of the bottom feeders in the league. However they are still suspect in the paint on defense, something the Tigers will clearly be able to exploit.
I'll be hammering the Tigers + and moneyline when it comes out. They will win this game straight up IMO.

Rod, can u explain to me why just after Forman tied it up, there was 13 secs left, GC in the bonus and the ball is on the half way line and they fouled GC deliberately?
Every week u see some weird shit in this league

Yep pretty stupid. Some of the lack of basketball IQ from these players amazes me.
Hawks would have got them in double OT, Blaze were running on fumes at the end

Rhys Martin kills the hawk with that stupid foul and then he tried to make that impossible shot..why da fuck did they sub him in??
He came in because Tim Coenraad fouled out....dude made 2 of the most dumbest mistakes that I've ever seen to lose an NBL game.
Game tied at 86 all after a Forman 3 pointer; 18 secs left. Don't know what the hell he was thinking but Rhys goes & fouls Wortho putting him to the charity stripe with 14 secs to play....WHY?!!!!!!
Wortho made 1/2 FTs; Hawks have no time outs left and Rhys Martin got the rebound and drove the length of the court; got trapped on the side of the basket by 2 Blaze players & threw up an ill-advised shot (which never looked like going in) with 5 secs left on the clock wtf!!!! At such a crucial moment, you would want the ball in Ervin's hand but Rhys never looked for him & instead tried to be the hero. You could see the disgust on Ervin's face as he was forced to foul Hudson (after Rhys's missed shot) with 1 sec left on the clock.
Those 2 boneheaded decisions by Rhys in the space of 18 secs cost the Hawks the game. What was more disgusting was that he only just came back from injury & still finding his feet... dude was clearly not in game shape to take on the added pressure of making the game winning shot.

Furthermore what is more disturbing is that the Tigs are the tallest team in the NBL and they let the Wildcats get 20 o boards?
The wildcats were also missing Knight and Wagstaff , there 2 centres, there new import whatever his name is was on the sideline for most of the game with foul trouble.......
