Catters -18.5 (big bet)$150 on the Cats over 39.5 Time to belt the shit out of these outsiders on route to another finals series and the Cats will be taking this one seriously as it now starts to settle it&#x27;s best 22 and I see a 4 quarter effort tonight.Hawkins should play and if he doesn&#x27;t, Podsiadly has has a good 2 or weeks to find some fitness since his return so he&#x27;s due to kick a bag but watch for Stevie J....have a sneaky feeling he&#x27;s going to kick 4 or more goals in a BOG display as Geelong win this game between 35-50 points.Good luck all

one of the weirdest games I seen all year...Cats completely stopped for a good 40 minutes before deciding to turn it on again in the final 10 minutes.
May have been something to do with the travel back from Perth last week as you often hear of athletes talking about heavy legs the following week but it's 4 points nonetheless and it's pretty much secured a finals spot despite 2 weeks to go in the season.

I figured the result would have been much closer to the line with the travel, but with Riewoldt out Saints were likely to be short a few less goals and inside 50's than usual. So not that surprising given the teams.

Saints almost kicked a last second goal as well to finish the game so very fortunate.

Kind of scary to think how good the top 5 or 6 teams are as compared to the rest of the competition though, Cats may improve yet with the likes of Varcoe, Vardy & Wojcinski to re-appear before we hit week 1 of the finals.
