Woke up Monday morning and the first thing that came to my head was -5.5 Swans. No stats, no injury reports, nothing. It seems as if my subconscious was mulling over the match as I was supposedly sleeping. Makes sense since I barely slept that night and had a rough wake-up.
Come Wednesday, line posted at -5.5. Awesome. We're cookin' with gas.
More importantly, before I woke up I also saw the Swans winning nicely as well.
This one is solid, IMO, Mickey O or no Mickey O.
Roos have never played the ANZ and the Swans are kings are controlling the flavor of a pitch on a side that will let them. Bloody Kennelly has been yapping on for weeks on how the team will lift for September and with the veteran talent on their side, I do somehow believe him.
Besides, my subconscious is always 100%. Never lost.
Swans -5.5 is the play.
I see a 13+ point win.

Alright...no messing around with this one.

SYDNEY Swans champion Adam Goodes believes his team will carry an advantage into Saturday night's second elimination final against North Melbourne, thanks largely to the venue.
The Kangaroos have never played at ANZ Stadium before and Goodes believes that, coupled with the home town factor, may provide an edge for the Swans in the sudden-death encounter

NM is the better team for mine. 5 wins against top 8 opponents versus only one for the swans all season.
I think home ground advantage will be nullified to a large extent by the amount of rain in the last two days. No knowledge of the situation, but given the surface is usually hopeless my guess is it will be worse than usual because of this. This will make it primarily a test of wills and I think NM will want it more.

Respectfully disagree with you.

Swans win by 35. They really dominated the 2nd Half by moving around the ground quite nicely and controlling the pitch, as previewed. Their hit-out and disposal work was quite awesome, to be frank, and Captain Jolly Roger himself was above mere mortals with his work tonight. Man of the Match for me, for sure. Other veterans like Kirk, Goodes, and even the Hallminator himself, lifted. Very good to see.
Swans -5.5 =
My subconscious = 100% strike rate.
On to the Bulldogs. Hopefully we catch them still on their rotten run-of-form and can laid them out. Two months ago, I would have said we have no chance. Now, the cracks in the guard have opened and I reckon we can fancy our chances of breaking through them.
COME ON YOU SWANS!!!!!!!!!!
