Schelck 2010. He's the 2nd best climber, has proved he can post a respectable time trial, and has a solid team behind him.
Contador is the best rider, no question. But the exodus of heavy hitters from Astana to Radio Shack leaves him without much support. Sure, Vino is back, but it's doubtful he'll contribute much more than headaches for Contador. Schleck can't beat AC head to head, but Andy has brother Frank for support on climbs.
As for Lance, he's got his loyal minions behind him and will have improved fitness over last year. Saxo is definitely weaker than RadioShack, but the Tour is decided on the climbs, and Schleck can outclimb Lance and the rest of Radio Shack.
The wild card in 09 was Lance, this year it's Cadel. He's got the horsepower, Big George and Ballan running interference, and finally discovered attacking is part of bike racing. If he attacks a la 09 Worlds, he's a serious contender. If he doesn't, it'll be another Tour de Cadel.
