I'm not here to say something in the works of " hey buy my picks so you can make more money" this is a joke.
Sports betting is about YOU and the decisions you make. Just like poker, it's a game of skill.
IF you lose money in sports betting, three things happen.
1. you failed to gather enough information to make the right decision.
2. The team / individual you trusted failed to perform or get lucky enough to win.
3. You could have not even placed the bet in the first place- instantly making the decision not to make a decision made you profit if you look at it from the perspective of after the wager was lost.
Notice I mentioned, " or get lucky ". Sometimes the situation comes, were luck comes in. You know- those three useless three's ray allen would hit in the end of the quarter- worse, when Rajon Rondo does it.
lock Over/Unders get ruined by by stupid fumbles, 5 runs in the last inning, ect.
Just like poker- those donks can hit 2 - 1 outers, make you feel sick to your stomach, almost like you want to puke, The one time all these events occur had to happen in the worst way possible.

How is this true? only with parlays! Straight wagers ( especially for soccer, basketball, football, - often are set to balance out the odds of 50/50 no matter which spread you pick.
A way to trick the sytem is by making huge teaser's and changing the lines.
This can only be done in a few sports books, 5dimes is by far the best. Changing the odds to your favor also raises the stakes- you have to risk more than what you can win.
Not when you parlay these picks up - I'm talking 25 team parlays!
5dimes has an option to place what are called "open parlays" what this means is you can choose how many bets you want to place in a parlay before even making the decision.
for example - April 1st i decide to bet Boston Bruins. The original puck line is -1.5 - odds +135
I decide to make an open 25 team parlay, wager $2. Sine my bookie allows me to change the lines- I change the odds to Bruins +1.5 - 550.
My two dollar wager is absolutely worthless at this point, I have just changed the odds to my favor so greatly ( and depending on the opponent and situation ) that it could be called a Lock bet.
April 2nd comes, do all your research possible to find ONE bet out of the thousands available - doesn't matter how ridiculous the lines are. I love basketball because many times I would just teaser the major under dogs to some crazy advantage - like + 32.
There is still a chance to lose- I've lost a under 98 football teaser- ruined my 12 parlay streak, but the chances of that happening again are very low if your doing your research correctly.
April second I picked New Orleans hornets +32. April 3rd, no good locks, so I decide to skip the day - 4th - New York Yankees +2.5 5th - USA vs Ukrain soccer - under 4.5
All you have to do is stay steady and keep hitting bets that are %90 likely to happen.
I've completed 25 team parlays over 14 times now, sneaking a few risky +150's and overs, making HUGE payouts just because you decided to stay patient and consistent. I've turned a $1 20 team open parlay into $79.00. Some days you are able to pick out 5-10 picks!
