EuroBasketball Womens.
Turkey -5.5 against Greece. 2u
Quarter final match. Turkey undefeated in their pool games. Did it in quite good style with just the one close game against Italy. Double digit win against Lativa Belarus and Slovakia. 3 teams that are only middle of the road but did the job well. I like the fact in two of these games they won on the defensive with teams scoring only 50 point range.
Greece. Had 2 win and 2 loses in their pool match. I think there group was a little tougher than Turkey. Lost to France and Slovenia. But creditable wins against Serbia and Russia. Two of the better European womens teams.
For that i think the line is smaller than what i think it be for not that win against Russia. Turkey won their only 2 appearance both two years ago. Recent one by 11.
Just like the Turkey team. I think they will continue the strong performance they done so far this tournament. Greece needs it close for most of the game. If the Turkey team shoot well early i think Greece will be pressured too much.
