YTD: 33-25Melbourne United @ NZ Breakers: Breakers MLWe have all seen how close some of these spreads can get, so I will take NZ ML instead. United pulled off a very good win in Perth the other night, get a few days rest but have to complete the long journey to NZ to face a Breakers team desperate for a win. This league is tough, and the top 4 (any maybe the Hawks) are so equal right now, I just cant see Melbourne winning back to back road games with the travel.

Townsville Fire @ Melbourne Boomers: Over 140.5

This total is too low IMHO with these 2 giant teams. All we need is both teams to hit 70 which I believe they can. Melbourne need to score in order to beat the Fire and they have the weapons to do that. Fire defense on the road has been shaky at times and I think with how close these games might be, some free throws throughout the game may mount up also. Both teams play physical basketball and I will gladly take the over in a possible elimination game for the Boomers.
