Kings not happy at all with their efforts against Perth on Friday night. They would have flown home today, back up for this game on Sunday so less than 48 hours rest but this team IMHO is to good not to win this game by DD's. Perth were just pumped for that game and its hard to win in Perth on a Friday night. Cairns coming off a nice win against the terrible Breakers, think they find it troublesome against the Kings on Sunday.

The script looks to be that the Kings win respond and win comfortably and the Cats loose by just under 10.
I expect Sydney to come out strong but Cairns have been in some games they shouldn't have. I expect it to be a defensive game to respond to the points Sydney gave up to Perth. I expect to you win but I think it will be close to that line.

Cheers Buckleys. I think the Taipans have made their home court a fort but on the road might be a different story. Kings took care of business first game of the season vs Cairns up in QLD and since then, the Taipans have dramatically increased the chemistry and playing good ball but I will like to see how they handle a p!ssed off Kings team after that awful effort against Perth.

Aussie, where have you been??do you play anything with wnbl? thoughts about Flames PK? GL
Been sitting on the sidelines for a bit mate. Should just start taking all overs in the NBL. That has been profit all year.
As for the Flames game, they have definitely turned a corner lately with their win against the Spirit last week but then they were blown out by Melbourne and got a cheeky backdoor cover in that game. I am seeing Adelaide -3.5 right now, not a PK. If it was a PK, I would take Adelaide because they do have the better team overall and the Flames are coming off 2 covers last weekend. For me, the top 4 teams (Flyers, Boomers, Canberra and Adelaide) are hard to fade. Lynx are on the cusp of being a good team, just their road form sucks. As for Sydney, Fire and Bendigo, they are just awful at times.

the last meeting Perth hit 110 points and the Phoenix were blown out for the beginning after their fine start to their inaugural season. Phoenix got a decent road win last week chalking up 110 points and after watching the games lately, any total around this range is worthy of an over play.

Boomers played last night but it wasn't too far to travel really. This game is less than 24 hours before the game finished last night but don't think that will impact them too much. Perth in all sorts of troubles and Atkins has not been herself in the last 3 games. She may wake up in this game and cause some troubles but the Boomers have enough bigs to stop the Perth bigs.
