The Cairns Taipans finally get a win. I was liking them last night but didn't have the balls to put money on them but the Bullets were playing their 3rd straight road game last night which these NBL teams aren't really use to. Something to keep an eye out in case it happens again for another team.
Massive WNBL card tonight with some ridiculous large lines.
Capitals are -20 vs Spirit
Lightning -15.5 vs Flames
Fire -12.5 vs Rangers
Boomers -5.5 vs Lynx.
Flames and Spirit still alive, but need to win this weekend. Rangers and Flames are out.
The NBL game has the 36ers hosting the Breakers again which I find bizarre. I am guessing NZ maybe stayed in Adelaide all week instead of going home and coming back. Will have to find info on that. If the 36ers get another 44 free throws, that game is going over again like last weekend.
Check back later, BOL everyone.

I played Cairns last night. Figured they had to win one eventually! Why were Rangers double digit dogs tonight against a team below them on the ladder?
I had no idea why the Books had Rangers at +12.5 at one stage. I was caught up with work unfortunately and missed the entire night but Adelaide/Canberra really demolished their opponents. Both teams are playing so well. No WNBL today but we have a NBL game which sees the Kings travel to Illawarra. Play coming up soon.

So we have seen 2 games so far between these 2 sides, a 83-68 win for the Kings last time they played the Hawks and then on 2nd November a 86-79 win for the Kings in Sydney. So we have had 2 games where the totals have hit 151 and 165. The books initially had totals of 178-181 for the first game, the 2nd game had a total of between 177-180 as well which is high but now we get a total of 168.5? Understandable considering the last 2 games went under but I will take the over because the Hawks have been at home now for 2 weeks, as they enjoyed Christmas and NY's at home and thats the same with the Kings. Kings now on the road, I think we see a slight drop from the Kings defense and the Hawks offense pick up after that shocking game vs the Bullets last week.
Sydney Kings @ Illwarra Hawks: Over 168.5

Going back to basics with this play.

I think taking the over now at halftime here is the correct move...only at 148.5 entering the final minute of the half...getting 20 of +EV is an autobet for me almost every time.

Dandenong Rangers @ Sydney Uni Flames: Flames +6.5
If there was ever a game for Sydney to get up for Snell's final home game of the year. They also got embarrassed by this Rangers team last time they played in Sydney. Over the past 5 games, the Flames have a differential of 142 points, which is just crazy when you think about it but the Rangers are not much better, their differential over the past 5 games is 104 points and they are 1-4 S/U. The season is over for Rangers and the Flames but I think the Flames come out and play as hard as they can before Snell says goodbye in her final home game.

The last meeting went well under and hit 164 as the Bullets destroyed Melbourne in Melbourne. Think we get an open game affair today between these 2 teams. Bullets can score points at home and Patterson is playing out of his head, I think Melbourne also follow in Brisbane's footsteps.

Packers, that 1H was one of the worst halves I have seen in the Australian B'Ball men's league.
It haapens...for whatever reason, teams just dont look to score in 1hs like this one...almost an autobet over 2h regardless of teams or leagues or gender...thats typically how hoops totals go.
